Originally from South Carolina, Justin now calls Ennis, Montana, home. Justin and his beautiful wife, Ashly, have 2 sons Grayson and Stetson. Outside of construction life, he loves spending as much time as he can hunting, fishing and teaching his boys to love the outdoors as much as he does. Justin has enjoyed building businesses and spaces for the last 14 years. His work ethic is built on doing it right the first time, mistakes can happen but learn from them and move on better.

Grant was born and raised in Oregon and made his great escape to Montana in early 2019. Initially drawn to Bozeman by his passion for skiing and the quest for an alma mater he could be proud of, he holds a degree from Montana State University in Finance. Grant has developed a strong love for the Montana region due to the unmatched scenery and outdoor activities. Grant supports Bridger Built, LLC, our clients and vendors with a “can do” attitude and an open mind in order to build the business and our relationships better for years to come.

Born and raised in the Madison Valley of Montana, Bud has always had a love for construction, starting when he was 13 years old working for his father’s construction company. Bud retired from the Montana Department of Transportation in 2022 and joined Bridger Built, LLC, in January 2023 as General Manager. With over 50 years in construction, his experience lends itself to all aspects of construction and concrete trades. Bud has built countless homes including 3 of his own, with his wife Cindy. Bud can manage any project with a high level of detail that you just don’t find anymore.

Justin may be his name, but no one uses it; we all call him Smiley, and for good reason. You will be met with a smile and a pleasant greeting every day he sets foot on your project. Smiley was born and raised in South Carolina, but about 7 years ago, the great people in Ennis made Montana feel more like home than anywhere else for his family. Justin and his wife recently welcomed their son and are enjoying living the Montana life. As an Estimator for Bridger Built, LLC he strives to get to know more about each client so he can make the construction process clear and easy to understand. If you ever want to strike up an interesting conversation, ask him about his bird dogs. He would be happy to tell you everything about his hunting companions he spends his free time training.

A Central Oregon native who relocated to Montana in 2011, Michael brings with him a passion for the outdoors and community engagement. Balancing his love for fishing, hunting, golfing, and family time, he also serves as the Superintendent at Madison Meadows Golf Course in Ennis, Montana, during the summers. Michael’s diverse skill set and local insights led him to join the Bridger Built, LLC team, where he now expertly manages key construction projects during the winter months.

Cassie is a Montana native, having lived in Belgrade, MT most of her life until she moved to Madison County. She attended MSU, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Her drive to help people has always been a motivation in her previous work, which includes being a victim advocate and legal secretary. Her family is her world, and she is happiest when she is spending time with her two children and husband. She strives to share her love of the outdoors with her children, going camping, hiking and fishing as often as possible.
